Ingredients
- 2 g Bio Kysoun Rooibos
- 200 ml of hot milk or its vegan alternative
- 50 ml of hot water
- sugar, honey, or a sweet sirup
- cinnamon or vanilla
Instructions
- Make foam from the hot milk.
- Shake rooibos in hot water up to cca 70 °C.
- Add sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and shake again.
- Pour the foam into a tall glass through which add rooibos. Sprinkle cinnamon on the top and you are ready to serve.
